In 1875, the old Inglaterra restaurant, the "Café El
Louvre" and "Le Grand Hotel" united to what is now
the part of the nation's pride, El Inglaterra. With a magnificent
view of Parque Central, you can enjoy the dishes of "Café
El Louvre" from the porch of the hotel. Enjoy the richness
in cultural entertainment such as book launches, poetry recitals
and concerts by the "Banda Provincial de Musica"(each
Friday). The sidewalk and tables of the café are decorated
with ceramics, made by Cuba's top-artists.
